Trick or treat! Join us at Foster Public Library for an evening of Halloween hauntings!
The parade begins at the library at 4:30pm on October 21. The festivities start at the fairgrounds at 5pm and the Spooky Trail opens at 6pm.
To donate candy or help distribute, please call or visit the library. The rain date is October 22.
Spooky season is upon us! Foster Public Library hosts a witch hat craft on Tuesday, October 10 at 5:30pm. You’ll leave the event with a witch hat to hang on your front door just in time for trick or treat!
