Audrey and Kylie are available to help you access our digital catalog from anywhere, anytime! Bring a smart device (laptop, phone, tablet) and we’ll give you the basics on Libby, Hoopla, and eZone. The first drop-in session will be on August 5 at 3pm at Tyler Free Library.

Need help setting up a smartphone, accessing an app, or dealing with your device? Come to Tech Help Night at Foster Library on Tuesday, January 14 at 6:30pm. We’ll have our library staff here to help you with whatever you need to thrive in the digital age.

First-time players are welcome at the table for My First DND Club! We will spend some time designing our own characters and take them on their first adventure together.
All materials are provided. Just bring your imagination!
The first session will take place on July 22 at 5pm at Tyler Free Library. If there is enough interest, the club will continue to meet to go one more quests together. As part of our Craft Circle series, learn a new skill every month! On June 20 at 6:30, we’ll make our own rustic candleholders with twigs. It’s like a campfire for your table!

Adults and children can pick up their summer reading packets starting June 24 at both libraries!

Join us on June 27 at 4pm at Foster Public Library for an informative program and a fun craft. Melissa will teach us all about turtles, and how we can help them thrive. Next we’ll make a our own turtles out of reused objects to prevent them from becoming pollution! Please call or sign up online to register.

Summer is a tough time for food security, especially in a food desert like Foster. The library will accept donations of nonperishable food items for our community pantry. Give as you can, and take as you need.
In addition to food, we accept household goods like detergent and art supplies. Redistribute your unneeded items amongst your community!

Our libraries have answers to questions you didn’t even know you had! From job hunting to learning a language to reading new magazines on your home computer, we’ll teach you how to access all the valuable FREE(!) resources our library has to offer.
This program will take place on June 11 at 6:30pm at Foster Public Library. Feel free to bring your laptop or smart device to follow along. You can register in person, online, or by phone.
